Vision and Mission


The mission of the University of Sistan and Baluchestan as the best university in the East of Iran is to educate the citizens and their leaders for the society according to the divine principles of Islam and by relying on the existing highly qualified scientific centers of excellence in a wide range of fields, plus the human and social capital and professional ethics that exist here at the Univercity of Sistan and Baluchestan. The faculty of Engineering serves the state, the nation, and the world by graduating talented, broadly educated engineers, conducting high quality research, developing breakthrough technologies, and disseminating and preserving technical knowledge. 


The University of Sistan and Baluchestan  strives to be one of the top universities in Iran in terms of scientific developments, developments in the theoretical and technological areas as well as maintaining its Iranian and Islamic identity. The Faculty of Engineering provides its graduates with top quality education in engineering, preparing them to practice their professions competently to meet the ever-changing needs of society, and to continue learning their discipline, allowing them to move into other related fields including business and other activities. The following strategic characteristics and aspirations enable the faculty to realize its vision:
