The Comsats International Summit began on Monday, 2017 October 31 , with the participation of researchers, professors and practitioners involved in new and renewable energies in the Imam Reza Hall of the University of Sistan and Baluchestan.

This summit attended by guests and representatives from Kazakhstan, Spain, Syria, Pakistan, Turkey, Bangladesh, and domestic invitees, Ayatollah Abbasali Soleimani, Dr. Mola nezhad, director of International Affairs of Iran's Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, Ms. Dr. Moazami, comsats committee chairman.
