Published in English as a quarterly by the University of Sistan and Baluchestan, the "Iranian Journal of Organizational Psychology" is under the editorship of Prof. Kioumars Beshlideh, with Dr. Bahman Kord Tamini serving as the Managing Editor, and Mrs. Fazeleh Rigi as the Executive Manager.

In its second year of publication, having met all the necessary metrics and standards, the journal has successfully achieved indexing in the ISC.
