Iranian Journal of Applied Language Studies (https://ijals.usb.ac.ir), under the ownership of the University of Sistan and Baluchestan, has been published since 2009 in collaboration with the Iranian Linguistics Association. The journal is headed by Editor-in-Chief Dr. Ali Asghar Rostami Abu Saeedi, with Dr. Abdullah Sarani as the Executive Manager and Ms. Mehri Tahernia serving as the expert.

This scientific journal is dedicated to publishing articles in the fields of language teaching, linguistics, English literature, and translation. Its publication aims to present theories, research findings, and scientific achievements in these domains. This endeavor seeks to enhance the quality of education and research, facilitate the exchange and development of new knowledge and scientific experiences, and acquaint graduates with the latest scientific findings.
Due to its regular publication schedule and adherence to international standards, this journal is one of the scientific publications selected by the University's Scientific Journals Department for international indexing in the Scopus citation database.
